I have a super simple but delicious recipe for you all this month! Bluebird’s brand new chilli kale matcha is perfect for adding to savoury meals and it adds a pleasant kick to a usual salad dressing.
The new matcha range from Bluebird launches on the 13th August and alongside the chilli kale there’s ice cream and salted caramel flavours which are absolutely amazing!
Here’s the recipe for you:
- 1 tsp chilli kale matcha powder
- 50ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Combine the ingredients in a jug
- Blend using a stick milk frother
It creates plenty so store any leftovers in the fridge and use within a couple of days.
